Earlier this year, we bought a house in Sydney and back in July, we were able to move in!
It’s been a dream for many years and it’s great to have some roots finally set up, after vagabonding the world (88 countries!) for the past decade which has obviously been put on hold now.
The Studio
The best part is that the home has a seperate studio which I’ve turned into my office and play pen.
The studio has been set up for half work, half play, hence the computer station on one end and the playstation/TV set up on the other.
And a nice dipping pool just outside. Essentially, it’s a glorified man cave.
My Gear
I often get asked about the gear I use, so I put together an article that outlines all my hardware & software tools that I use to run JUST Creative.
Items not included in that article are the red Arne Jacobson replica swan chairs, the self-made Pantone flamingo art, Marshall floor lamp, crumpled-paper floor bin, sound-proofing panels from UA-Acoustics and the custom neon sign.

Exciting News
We’re incredibly excited to raise our family here and use it as our home base for further adventures. And talking about excitement & adventures, we have a baby girl due in October, bringing our family to four.

Pantone Flamingo Art
A few months ago, I pondered about what animal would best represent, JUST Creative.
I could not go past the FLAMINGO.
And it’s not JUST because flamingos are pink, that was just a bonus.
Flamingos are bold, beautiful, vibrant, well-balanced, confident creatures that represent joy and happiness.
And they aren’t afraid to stand out or rock pink!
“Be the flamingo in a flock of pigeons.”
On the flip side, flamingos are also quite kitsch, and that represents the fun, creative side of the JUST Creative brand.
I could not think of a better animal that so aptly summarises the JUST Creative brand, which is why I made this poster utilising the distinctive Pantone magenta colour of our brand.
A large floating flamingo will also be adorning our pool this summer.
