$25K Wix SEO Battle – Who can rank the best?

Some of you may have heard of Wix.com.

Simply put, Wix is a Web site builder. Or as described by Wix, the “leading cloud-based web design and development platform trusted by over 150 million people worldwide”.

With Wix, you can create high-quality custom websites that are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, fast performing and ready for business.

But many say that Wix websites don’t rank well on Google.

To counter this myth, Wix are putting their money where their mouth, with a $25k SEO Battle.

That’s where you come in.

Wix is looking for two agencies/freelancers/consultants to battle for the highest ranking on Google for the query “Wix SEO”.

The winner takes home $25K.

Think you have what it takes? Read on.

SEO Battle: Lovers vs. the Haters

Are you a lover or hater of Wix? Choose your side.

  • The Lovers will create a Wix website and use advanced SEO tools from Wix.
  • The Haters will create their website on any other platform and use their own SEO tools.

The team that ranks higher on Google for the query “Wix SEO” will take home $25K and the losing team will take home $10K. The competition will take place over 6 months.

SEO and social media marketing expert Lukasz Zelezny will choose the two SEO agencies, freelancers or consultants to compete. He’ll judge teams according to online presence, Google ranking, years of experience and online reviews.

The Battle between the two chosen teams will start on June 26th, 2019 and will run until December 19, 2019 at 12:00pm ET. Once the two teams are selected, Wix will publish weekly updates on the main Wix SEO Battle website—for better or for worse.

Ready to join the Wix SEO Battle?

You can apply for the Wix SEO Battle and enter your agency or consultancy as either a Wix SEO Lover OR Hater.

You have until June 6, 2019 to enter. There’s $25K on the line, so this battle is worth winning. Finalists will be notified via email.
